The journey begins with clearing and healing all dimensions of self—physical, mental, emotional, spiritual; building a strong connection to the inner and higher self; listening to the body before the mind and following the subtle messages from deep within. Once the ‘Self’ stands in it’s most powerful state, the ability to influence and inspire others abounds and universal connections occur to facilitate the building of dynamic communities across all realms of humanity.

Our Founder
Brenda Lynn Jacobson
I Believe Each of Us Holds Power Beyond Our Imagination
My passion for helping people consciously create their experience is a very personal one for me. After falling 3,000 feet down a mountain while skiing, I spent over five years recovering—the first as my body disintegrated with the next two invested in rebuilding. Emotions kept me stuck for another two to three years.
This was a hidden gift, as I experienced the power of sitting still and exploring what was buried deep within myself. I became intimately connected to my body, my mind, my emotions and my higher self. Divine guidance came on very strong and was my lifeline.
As I witness the events of 2020—the pandemic, the shutdown of the world and the bold and subtle side effects of this, I realize the world has gone Into the Pause, much as I did many years ago. This is a time to settle the frenetic energy, to reconnect to our bodies, our passions—OUR TRUTH. It is a time of great opportunities—only if we tap into the abundance of resources available to us.
This is the purpose of Awakening Consciously—supporting people to tap into their true power.
