In the third or Solar Plexus Chakra we explore power dynamic—your personal experience with power. Attitudes and belief patterns, whether expanding or contracting, are all extensions of how you define, use or do not use your power.

Our lives are structured around power symbols—money, authority, title, beauty, security. The choices you make are all expressions and symbols of your personal power. By learning the language of energy, you learn to evaluate the dynamics of power in yourself and others.

The third or Solar Plexus chakra is located in your upper abdomen, just below your breastbone. It resonates to the color yellow. The purpose of this chakra is Transformation and the challenge here is to restructure the way you think of power—to channel and contain it within your own being.

Power is a force that lifts you out of struggle and into transformation—out of the past and into the future. Your relationship with power needs to be established to where you are inspired, strengthened and empowered without diminishing others.
