Power Within

This Third Chakra Meditation is the fourth meditation in the ‘Awakening Your Chakras’ Meditation Series. During this meditation you will move through your body exploring areas where you hold elements of prior conditioning. You will experience four main personality styles that encompass an entire way of being. Although you have access to all four styles you arrived in this world with a predisposition for one or two of these , much like you gravitate to either your left or right hand. This is innate to your being. It is encoded right into your DNA.
